POLICIES:

All clients who book must pay their session fee invoice and sign the contract within 12 hours to reserve their sale price booking.

Session date must take place on select dates in 2025. Sale prices will not be honored for sessions taking place after Nov 1, 2026, unless confirmed by Karen prior to booking. Session date must be confirmed prior to booking.

To take full advantage of the sale prices you must choose an all-digital package (and any add on items) to include in a payment plan on the date of booking. The sale rates are only valid during the sale. Note: Package upgrades and add ons will still be available on the date of your session at the regular rate.

There will be no refunds for retainers paid. A retainer is due at the time of booking.
