POLICIES:

All clients who book must pay their invoice and sign the contract within 24 hours to reserve their sale price booking.

Session date must take place on select summer dates in 2025. Sale prices will not be honored for sessions taking place after Sept 1, 2025, unless confirmed by Karen prior to booking. Session date must be confirmed prior to booking.

The product credit can be used ONLY towards a Collection or All-Digital Collection. Collections 1, 2, 3 , 4 and 5 are full collections. The product credit cannot be used toward a la carte items or mini collections.

Additional 20% off will be offered for day -of session upgrades, add-ons, and a la carte product orders

There will be no refunds for retainers paid. A retainer is due at the time of booking.
